The U.S. government portal FirstGov has published a handy "Federal Web Content Managers Toolkit" as a practical guide for their brethren publishing websites in other federal agencies. With total public pages numbering in the hundreds of millions (no one knows exactly how many), Uncle Sam faces a big content management challenge. So the guide is quite opportune. Although this version is geared towards U.S. regulations and norms, we like the concept of a "toolkit," and encourage you to consider adopting something similar in your enterprise.
