- RSG conducted an online survey in Q1, 2016 to obtain practitioner perspective on key enterprise collaboration and social software-related themes
- The survey included a set of SharePoint-specific questions for organizations using that platform
- The final survey results included a cross-section of organizations drawn from a variety of geographies and industries (see appendix for detailed demographics)
- RSG excluded micro-organizations (less than twenty employees) and technology vendors from the respondent pool
- Unless otherwise noted, the sample size for this analysis is 145
