"Gamification" refers to using game design elements and common game mechanics to influence behavior in non-game contexts. Not surprisingly, enterprise customers have become increasingly interested in gamification and gamification tools.
Yet, customers struggle to find practical, technical, and implementation details about gamification initiatives, be it a description of the various technology services offered by gamification tools or the criteria that can be used to evaluate different gamification technology suppliers.
This Advisory aims to diminish that information gap by explaining how the technology works and how to differentiate the different vendors.
