We filmed this a while back, but I was reminded of it recently after coaching a couple of RSG subscribers through some difficult Web CMS re-assessments.
To be sure, I know people who think of their CMS as more of a cat: elusive, sometimes finicky, with a mind of its own. There's some truth to that too.
The broader point here is that you should look at your more advanced digital systems a bit more like sentient beings, and think about their ongoing care and feeding. And by extension, you want to consider very carefully about which breed will present a good long-term fit for you.
