Two Upcoming MarTech Stack Leadership Council Meetings You Should Not Miss

The MarTech Stack Leadership Council exists to give senior enterprise leaders a space to think more clearly about the technology, content, data, and operating models shaping modern marketing, content, and digital experience stacks.

This is not a conference panel and this is certainly not a vendor forum.

The Council is a peer-driven working group of enterprise leaders who want to pressure-test ideas, share what's actually working (and what isn't), and get ahead of the structural shifts reshaping MarTech, DAM, AI, and content operations.

We have two upcoming Council meetings that we invite you to consider:

February 26, 2026 (Virtual): Taxonomies in an AI World

AI has put taxonomy work back in the spotlight, but often for the wrong reasons. AI amplifies weak structure just as quickly as it amplifies good structure. This virtual Stack Leadership Council session will focus on how classification, metadata, and semantic models must evolve in an AI-driven environment.

Topics we'll explore together include:

  • How taxonomies, ontologies, and knowledge graphs actually support AI systems in production
  • Where rigid taxonomies break down and where flexibility is required
  • How DAM, CMS, PIM, and data platforms are redefining “shared meaning” across the stack
  • What “good enough” taxonomy looks like when speed and scale matter

April 13–15, 2026 (In Person): Stack Leadership Council Meeting in Houston, TX

Our spring 2026 in-person Stack Leadership Council meeting brings members together for deeper, more strategic conversations that are difficult to have in a virtual setting.

Over three days in Houston, Council members will work through real-world challenges facing large enterprises as they attempt to modernize their stacks while AI accelerates expectations across the business. The agenda is built around facilitated discussions, working sessions, and peer exchange. Themes will include:

  • The shifting role of DAM, CMS, and "content warehouses" in AI-forward architectures
  • Moving from content supply chains to content demand chains
  • Organizational readiness for AI, not just technical readiness
  • Governance, risk, and trust in automated decisioning
  • Lessons learned from real stack transformations in global enterprises

As always, vendors are not in the room. The value comes from honest, practitioner-to-practitioner dialogue.

On-demand Webinar: Modernize Your MarTech Selection Process

Juggling a multiplicity of stakeholders, lengthy requirements checklists, and ambitious timelines are just a few of the challenges MarTech leaders face in selecting technology. Throw in AI-hype and some overly-aggressive sales practices from a vendor or two and things can get downright ugly.
