We're incorporating the same detailed criteria and tough critiques you've come to expect from us. For CRM, this means evaluating vendors according to specific categories:
- CRM Scenarios: We rate them against 5 strategic business use cases
- Vertical considerations: CRM can be very industry specific
- Strategic considerations: Assessing 10 strategic factors, mostly about the vendor and ecosystem, which we apply in every marketplace we cover
- Enterprise considerations: These are factors, such as the underlying platform capabilities, that are relevant to the larger enterprise
