New vendor in our DAM research: IntelligenceBank

  • 12-Jul-2016

Based on subscriber inquiries and growing SaaS market demand, at RSG we've been expanding our coverage of cloud-based DAM offerings over the past 18 months. The latest entrant into our research is IntelligenceBank, an AsiaPac vendor headquartered in Melbourne, Australia with offices in San Diego, Vancouver, and London.

IntelligenceBank is one of the youngest vendors in our research but has quickly established itself as a low-cost, SaaS-based DAM. As they move into the European and North American markets, they provide more competition for the likes of Widen, Bynder, NetX, and MerlinOne.

As a buyer, you might note that IntelligenceBank resources are already thinly spread, which we see as a chronic problem across other rapidly-growing DAM vendors as well. Currently, there are question marks hovering over the viability of larger-scale implementations with IntelligenceBank and similar mid-market competitors. Can customer requirements be adequately met for more complex integration and global scale requirements?

If, like so many others, you're considering a move to SaaS-based DAM, look at our newly published evaluation of IntelligenceBank, or use our vendor comparison tools to compare it to other options on the market.
