In conversations with our subscribers, we consistently see them struggling with a deficit of internal user experience (UX) capabilities.  This gets exposed in particular within digital workplace projects for things like enterprise portals.  Everyone might see the need for methodologies like user-centered design, but no one knows really well how to do it.
