Recently I sat down with my colleague Tony to discuss the biggest challenges that our customers are facing.  Some of the biggest culprits are making the wrong choices by overbuying, overpaying, overvaluing vendor claims, and overestimating your own capabilities.

When it comes to technology selection buyers fear going down the long and expensive path with the wrong vendor or wrong product or wrong implementation team.
