When Nordic CMS vendor Synkron was bought in late March by local competitor Dynamicweb, the official party line was essentially, "The Synkron CEO leads the new organization and both brands and product lines maintained." Now, a bit more than 2 months later, all Synkron employees have new Dynamicweb e-mail addresses and the CEO has resigned (in Danish). Returning to the CEO seat is the former Dynamicweb head, Christian Beer. Management changes happen all the time, but with smaller vendors they tends to have bigger impact. Interestingly this news remains unmentioned in the news section of the Danish Dynamicweb website, as well as their English website. Synkron previously had an open approach to communication, but it would seem the new owners prefer a more circumspect approach.
