One measure of the maturity of content management as a discipline is that professors are beginning to teach it in universities. Typically content management becomes a segment in a broader KM or information management course, but CMS Bible author Bob Boiko has built a whole curriculum around content management at the University of Washington School of Information in Seattle, USA. Boiko is presently teaching the final course ("Physical Design") in a 3-part series that included courses on basic CMS principles and logical design. Doubtless there are other teachers following in his footsteps...
