There's always a high energy level at the semi-annual "Enterprise 2.0 Conference," and I expect this June's Boston event will be no exception. Please consider joining me there.
This year, I'm co-chair of the "Social Business Applications and Platforms" track at the event, where the goal is to highlight companies dealing with thorny technical problems, as well as firms that have made some innovative architectural choices.
Why have a track just about technology? While I agree with the argument that "the sociology is more important than the technology," I don't subscribe to the theory that the specific tools (and vendors) you employ for Enterprise 2.0 services don't matter. Key choices you make here can have a critical impact on your success. (You'll also find other tracks on the topics of Adoption, Business Case, Cloud Computing, and so on.)
To that end, I'm also teaching a pre-conference workshop on Monday, 14 June, called "Insider's Guide to Evaluating and Selecting Social Software." It'll be a fast-paced tour of the vendor landscape, along with key weaknesses and strengths of the key players.
You can register with code CNRNEB27 for a free Expo Pass or save 30% on the on-site price of any Conference package. Hope to see you there!

"I've been using the The Web CMS Research and I have to say that the quality of the analysis is flawless. How your team not only gets beneath the surface of CMS products but also highlights the good, bad, and ugly in very readable research is nothing short of miraculous."
