Last week I posted a video depicting a fictional discussion between a business software salesperson and a potential buyer.  Judging from your comments you either didn't get the joke at all, or you totally loved it...

For those that totally loved it, here is part 2. 

It's all a bit of fun, but as many have pointed out to me in the past week, many a true word is spoken in jest. Buyers can be confused, and sellers can take advantage of that confusion.

Further, we work in an industry that loves to label things in ways that are not immediately comprehensible to anyone.  Hence I draw your attention to the new verb we are introducing in this video...... "SharePointing" ;-)
