Updates to Web CMS vendor evaluations, plus Kentico

Last week we updated several WCM vendor evaluations, including:

  • Alterian (CMC and CME)
  • Day Communiqué
  • Open Text / Vignette
  • PaperThin
  • Vyre

We also added Kentico to our list of vendor reviews. You can download the 16-page Kentico evaluation here.

Like all software, Kentico has its faults -- and is particularly underpowered for advanced scenarios -- but it still offers a potentially simpler alternative to the likes of Ektron, EPiServer, and Sitecore.
