We are rapidly approaching the Q4 conference season, and this year I am particularly excited about returning to beautiful Aarhus, Denmark to attend the J. Boye conference from 3-5 November. If you are a web practitioner and are looking to attend a conference that will give you real, practical insights and the chance to interact with your peers from around the world, you should consider attending this conference. Like previous years, CMS Watch will be presenting and moderating several sessions throughout the week.
This year I will be co-teaching a Tuesday tutorial on "CMS selection: The process, the pitfalls and the best practices" and participating in several sessions on Wednesday's Web Content Management track.
My colleague Theresa Regli will be teaching a Wednesday session on "Searching in the Microsoft environment" and a Thursday session on "Managing Video, Audio and Images for the Web."
Here’s the full program: http://www.jboye.com/conferences/aarhus09/program. And for a 20% discount off the registration fee, just use the following code: cmswatchaarhus09.
One of the hallmarks of this conference is that it puts a priority on meeting and networking with speakers and other attendees. For us, it's a fantastic chance to meet our readers and subscribers in person. If you are planning on attending and would like to meet up with me or Theresa, send us a note via e-mail, Twitter (@jarrodgingras and @theresaregli), or just stop by and say hello.
See you in Aarhus!
