Actually, "BPM" stands for Business Process Management, although some implementations can become quite monstrous indeed. This Tuesday, my colleague Alan Pelz-Sharpe and I will be presenting a session at the AIIM Expo in Boston called "Everything You Wanted to Know About BPM But Were Afraid to Ask."

Along with clearing up what BPM actually is, we'll be discussing the fundamentals you need to conduct a BPM project and provide a view of the vast landscape of technologies that claim to be "BPM products." We'll also shed some light on some common BPM misconceptions and myths.
