As the information management industry struggles to find common solutions to imaging, asset management, document management, and WCM, AIIM continues its transition to an "Enterprise Content Management" association. AIIM's 2002 conference in San Francisco -- debuting the association's more contemporary focus -- was pretty good. AIIM 2003 also looks promising.
